UpdateMemberStatus
Email address of the subscriber who requested to opt-in.
Arguments:
loginEmail: Login Email of Spread.
APIKey: Login Password of Spread or API Key which you can retrieve from your Spread account (My account=> Settings).
MemberId: MemberId of the subscriber.
Status: The status of member (Active, Frozen, Cancel).
AcceptPromotion: "Y" for opt-in, "N" for opt-out.
Return 1 means success, else return error message.
Remarks: use POST method to submit your data
