GetCampaignsByFolder

Get campaigns imformation by folder name.
Arguments:

loginEmail: Login Email of Spread.
password: Login Password of Spread.
folderName: folder namereturn: a single table with the columns: campaign_name,campaign_subject,cdate_created,cdate_updated
