ActivationCampaignByFtpFile

Activation campaign by ftp file.
Arguments:

loginEmail: Login Email of Spread.
loginPassword: Login Password of Spread.
fileType: Type of upload data, include ".xls", ".csv", ".xlsx"
ContactListName: the name of contact list .

campaignId: Need to be activated by the campaignId
ftpIp: Ftp IP
ftpUser: Ftp User
ftpPassword: Ftp Password
ftpFilePath: Ftp FilePath
return: result
